ORDERS

Your order will be processed within 3 days and delivered to you within 6 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) from the shipment, except for remote or difficult to reach areas.

Is not possible to change orders that have already been submitted.
Instead, you can proceed with the order cancellation contacting us within 24 hours sending an email to info@decibelopenair.shop to receive assistance and informing us of the order number received by email.

In the BASKET and CHECKOUT session of your order you will find the field to enter the coupon code to use it.

If you need to an invoice please request that sending an email to info@decibelopenair.shop BEFORE to buy.

DELIVERY TIME & COSTS

The shipping cost will be calculated at Checkout, after selecting the country where package will be shipped.

Usually, the courier will attempt to deliver again the following day or contact you to agree for a different way to deliver.

We are committed to meeting delivery times but delays can occur when:

• The order is sent during a sales or promotional period;

• A product is stored at a warehouse other than the main one;

• The order was made on a non-working day;

• Unprecedented events occur beyond our control;

• Your package has gone back into storage (delay after delivery could not be received at the specified address);

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items can be returned and then refunded (excluding underwear items, for hygienic reasons).
The exchange of the article is not managed, it can be returned to us and then you can place a new order.
(read the return policy carefully below).

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to send your return request through the “Orders” panel in your personal profile.
In case of need you can write to our email address to receive assistance info@decibelopenair.shop.

The normal return procedure, by post / courier to our warehouse, is at your expense and under your responsibility and can be carried out using the company that you prefer (Post, courier, etc…).
The goods must be intact, never worn and packaged with the original packaging (if this is not available, it must be replaced by packaging suitable for shipment by post or courier).
The refund request will be processed within 14 days from return received. The refund will be made to the account or card used for the purchase.
In the case of a refund to make a new order (for example for a size change), a coupon will be generated to be able to make a new purchase of the same amount.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
DOA Shop will not accept returned goods that do not fully comply with the return conditions described above. If the product is not accepted, it can be returned to you via a new shipment.
We remind you that all shipments are at your expense.
